Description
Apple tree producing medium-sized apples with yellow skin heavily flushed with red. The flesh is firm, cream-coloured, juicy and sweet, with a fruity and aromatic flavour. Santana is particularly known for its scab resistance and its low levels of certain proteins associated with apple allergy in some people. It is mainly a dessert apple and can be stored into early winter.
